SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping

  • Available in the continental United States
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders will typically arrive in 5-9 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)

2-Day Express

  • Available in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern / 2 PM Central / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within 2 business days for the continental United States.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within 3 business days
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories will take additional time.

Overnight

  • Available in the continental United States
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern / 2 PM Central / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within two business days

Duty and Taxes - The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.


Shipping – Please allow 4–7 business days for delivery.


Returns - The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and documentation needed to return the product. Please allow 4–6 weeks for refund or exchange to be processed.


Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.



APO, DPO and FPO Addresses

  • All packages sent via United States Postal Services
  • Order will usually arrive within 21 business days (for in-stock items only)


Multiple Shipments

  • Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be charged based on the items included in each shipment.
  • The total shipping and handling will remain the same – you will not be charged more than the total.

Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order

  • When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address.
  • Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Currently delivery to all U.S. and International P.O. Boxes is not available.


PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If you purchase an item from this website that subsequently retails on this website (not any other venue, virtual or otherwise) at a lower sale price within 14 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive an one-time online store credit on this website for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of that item ("Price Adjustment"), provided that you contact the Customer Service Department at 1.866.201.1295 within 14 calendar days of the date of your original purchase and provide your order number. The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on this website and shall only be offered in the form of online store credit on this website. An item purchased with a promotional discount is not eligible for a Price Adjustment. In the event that you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return that item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund, if eligible under the terms and conditions of the Return Policy, will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.



RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or receive a credit for most items presented in saleable condition according to the following guidelines:

  • Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned.
  • All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
  • All intimate apparel items are a FINAL SALE. No refund/exchange will be offered.
  • When you return an item, you will receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for what you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
  • Returns made within 35 calendar days of the invoice date will be credited against the credit card account used to make the purchase. If the purchase was made with a gift certificate or store credit, returns will receive online store credit.
  • Any returns received within 36-90 calendar days of the invoice date must be an exchange or online store credit only.
  • Online store credit can only be used at xoxo.com. It cannot be used at any other web site or store. To use store credit you will need to register an account at xoxo.com
  • Please call the Customer Service Department at 1.866.201.1295 to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending the product back to us. This will speed up the processing of your credit.
  • We have included a pre-printed return address label that can be used to send product back to us. To return items, attach the pre-printed label to the outside of your package. Fill in your name, address and zip code in the space provided at the top of the return label. Ship the package to us. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns must include the customer order number and billing name.
  • If your item was damaged or a wrong item was shipped, please call Customer Service at 1.866.201.1295 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. You will not be charged for shipping of the replacement items.
  • If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by calling Customer Service at 1.866.201.1295 or by e-mailing customerservice@xoxo.com

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states:
